Giants beat the Mets in the one game Wild Card game to advance on to Chicago to the NLDS against the Cubs.

That was a great Wild Card game. That kind of all-in, one-and done drama is awesome. The Giants pitching is deep enough that the one day off won't hurt them. There could even be an argument made for Wild Card teams getting some play-off momentum going into Game 1.

Good game last night.
Would have been better if the Giants won.
On to game two tonight.

Texas should be ashamed of themselves. Dodgers crushing Washington - no bueno.

Annoying-ass Bill Murray cut-aways got me cheering for the Giants. Buster Posey gotta be running all out with two outs in a game like that. And crazy wind for Posey's shot to not clear the wall after the Baez shot only barely made it.

Posey was saying he should have ran it out harder.

Game 2 def a hitters game, but (fucking) Chicagos defense held the Giants back another game. They go on to Game 3 in SF on Monday.

Crazy that the Nats/Dodgers game was postponed due to rain.
When was the last time that happened in the playoffs?

Toronto continues to embarrass Texas.
Clevelands trying to make Major League 4.

Toronto Clinches.
Cleveland Clinches.
The Giants survive Game 3. and need to win Game 4 - bad.
The dodgers need to lose today and just think about some life choices.

So The Giants were 3 outs away from winning and then they lost.
I gotta walk this off.

The Cubs scored 4 runs in the top of the 9th to take a one-run lead. That's not just a single play turning the last inning. That's a series of events. Fun to watch for someone who is not really a fan of either team. Gotta suck for Giants fans though. Y'all needed Bumgarner to pitch all 27+ innings.

And I cant help but think: Go back to Marin.
