As a huge boxing enthusiast, I am kind of hyped. 5 years ago I would have picked Pacman. Today it's a tougher call. Pacmans style requires the stamina of youth. Mayweather has a more relaxed style which ages better. Mayweather also has thw big size advantage.
Kenny Bayless has been picked as the ref, and last time out he basically was Floyd's Danny Davis. Floyd will pot shot at range and clinch in close. Bayless won't let Pac work out of the holds and he will reset the fight at Floyd's preferred range.

Still while the mind says Mayweather, the heart picks Pacman.

I suspect the decision will be controversial. Many will feel that Pac won via effective aggression, but the judges give it to Floyd. Floyd loses all marketability once the zero goes. If the fix is in for a lucrative rematch...expect Pacman to get robbed.

Really disappointing fight - I don't know whether it was because of Manny (who didn't seem to have any game plan), or Floyd's usual "let's play tag" style, but it was a real let-down. I miss the good old days of boxing - where the guys actually hit each other.

Manny's legs were not there last night. He could not seem to move in and out at all.

I wasn't that disappointed with the fight. It's how Mayweather fights and Manny wasn't able to solve the "Mayweather puzzle." I never imagined that there would be a KO. Both fighters are well past a point where they have KO power.

The fight was exactly what I expected. I have no idea why people were expecting more. It's the same fight both of them have had for the last few years, with the exception that Manny has a lot more offense because he doesn't fight people with as good of a defense as Floyd.

I enjoyed the fight.
I think the after fight reactions are more interesting.

I wasn't expecting Hagler-Hearns, lol... but maybe something similar (hopefully better) to the first Mayweather/Maidana fight. It just wasn't exciting at all though - the average (and even below-average) UFC fight blows this out the water.

Maybe it's just down to Mayweather's nullifying style... he'll undoubtedly go down as an all-time-great - but I don't think he'll ever get the love or respect that a lot of other great fighters have... he's just too defensive/unexciting and most of the time his fights are actually a pretty dull affair.
