Yes, the low production quality was my first thought. Old school fans often complain about WWE not bulk releasing whatever territory they long to see, then you stumble across some uploaded master tape footage, and the tracking is off and it sounds garbled. ROH has recently improved its production, but if that deal includes hopes for using the archive to add content to the Network, buyer's remorse indeed.
It wasn't even the equipment either. Just a complete lack of knowledge on their part. As TRO said, it's either too low, or it's blowing out your speaker. No middle ground.
ROH on Fight Network was a horrible way to demo the channel.
