What happened first? Douglas or WCW leaving? WCW leaving was 93. It was like a double team attack.

I think Rude won the Big Gold Belt when it was still an NWA title and then shortly after the NWA split from WCW. I could be slightly wrong but it was either a short time before or just after he won that belt started being called the "WCW International World Title".

But fuck that bullshit semantic cockery. Rick Rude was a fucking world Champion. Eat every dick ever if you disagree.

WCW left first. Flair was champion, the belt was renamed the international championship. After a year off the NWA held a tournament to decide the new champion. Douglas won and trashed the belt. A few months later Candido won the belt in a tournament in SMW.

Each one of those scenarios is an order of magnitude worse than the one that came before it.

You would think it ends there but it actually got worse.

Those parts I know.

Nothing is worse than a ticker advertising NWA shows in gyms while a midget beats off in a garbage can.

Let's not forget Christain Cage was the NWA-TNA Champion.
Then even TNA split from them.

I'm old enough to remember when Colt Cabana was NWA champion, he was wrestling Scrap Daddy Adam Pierce, and they both walked out and Colt forfeited the title.
